1. Delivery Verification & Product Check
a. OTP Verification
At the time of delivery, you will be required to provide an OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
b. Inspect Before OTP
Before sharing the OTP, customers are strongly advised to:

Check the outer packaging carefully

Record a clear unboxing video

Ensure the package is not damaged, tampered, or opened
c. Verify Order Items
Please confirm that you have received the correct product and quantity as per your order.
d. If Package is Damaged or Suspicious

You should reject the delivery, OR

Accept only after marking a negative Proof of Delivery (POD) with proper remarks and photographic proof
2. Claims for Damaged / Missing / Tampered Orders
If you accept a damaged, tampered, or incomplete order, you must provide:

Clear Negative POD proof

A proper 360° unboxing video showing:

Outer packaging
-
Shipping label
-
Inner contents
-
Without these proofs, claims may not be accepted.
3. Resolution for Rejected or Verified Claims

If delivery is rejected or a valid claim is submitted, we will review the case.

If approved, we will reship the product or missing items.
Note:
Refunds are generally not provided for such cases unless deemed necessary after internal verification. Final decision remains with BellaScento.
4. Accepted Orders Without Proof
If an order is accepted without a negative POD and unboxing video, BellaScento will not be liable for any:

Damage claims

Missing items

Return or refund requests
5. Return Conditions
Returns are only accepted if:

Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

Product is unused and in original packaging
6. Refund Policy

Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days

Amount is credited to the original payment method

Refunds will only be initiated after the returned product is received and inspected
7. Non-Returnable Items

Used perfumes

Opened or tampered packaging (due to hygiene reasons)
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After dispatch, cancellation will not be possible.
9. Delivery Responsibility

All orders may require a signature upon delivery

If accepted by another person (family, neighbor, etc.), it will be considered successfully delivered
10. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
Additional charges may apply for COD orders.
11. Important Notes

BellaScento is not responsible for damages occurring after delivery

In case of disputes, resolution depends on verification from courier partners
